Ms. Shand of Newburyport moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0205, by inserting after "services" the following: “provided further, that not less than $10,000 be expended to support the Bartlett House at Housing Support, Inc.”; and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$110,000".
