Amendment #241 to H4000

Linden Park Improvements

Representatives Ultrino of Malden and Donato of Medford move to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 1599-0026, by adding the following:

"provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for capital improvements to Linden Park in the city of Malden, including, but not limited to, without limitation design, engineering, and construction."
