Amendment #243 to H4000

Town Line Brook and Linden Brook Culverts Maintenance

Representatives Ultrino of Malden and Donato of Medford move to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 1599-0026, by adding the following:

“provided further, that no less than $100,000 shall be expended to the city of Malden for flood mitigation and storm water infrastructure improvements including, but not limited to, the cleaning and maintenance of the Town Line Brook and Linden Brook culverts.”
