Amendment #251 to H4000

PAC for MCI Concord Redevelopment

Mr. Gentile of Sudbury moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

“SECTION XXXX. Item 7008-1116 of section 2 of chapter 140 of the acts of 2024 is hereby amended by inserting after the words ‘town of Concord’ the following words:- and such funds shall be made available until June 30, 2026.”
