YouthBuild Just A Start Solar Installation Program

Mr. Owens of Watertown moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7061-9626 by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be allocated to YouthBuild Just A Start to support the solar photovoltaic installer training program;" and in said item striking out the figures "1,750,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "1,800,000".
