Amendment #263 to H4000

Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts amendment

Ms. Shand of Newburyport moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4000-0300, by inserting after "education efforts" the following: “provided further, that not less than $2,500,000 shall be expended for Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts to support continuing access to sexual and reproductive health care and community needs”; and in said item by striking out the figures "$157,140,881" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$159,640,881".
