Ms. Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1410-0012, by inserting after "evaluation" the words "; provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for a Pittsfield caseworker through the Bilingual Veteran’s Outreach Center in Springfield"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$9,528,474" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$9,578,474 ".
