Swansea Bridge and Culvert Repairs and Construction

Representatives Thurber of Somerset and Howitt of Seekonk move to amend the bill, in Section 2, in item 1599-0026, by inserting at the end thereof the following: - “; provided further that not less than $210,000 shall be expended for the design, repair, and construction of culverts and bridges in the town of Swansea.”
