Amendment #275 to H4000

Communities for Restorative Justice (C4RJ)

Mr. Gordon of Bedford moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 0339-1001, by adding the following:-

"provided further that not less than $200,000 shall be expended to support Communities for Restorative Justice in Massachusetts pursuant to Section 202 of Chapter 69 of the Acts of 2018;” and in said item by striking out the figure "$197,302,225" and inserting in place thereof the following figure "$197,502,225".
