Friends of the Hernandez

Ms. Montaño of Boston moves to amend the bill in Section 2, line item 7061-9611, by inserting the following:

"provided further that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for Friends of the Hernández for fostering bilingual and bicultural leaders while providing essential enrichment, after-school programming, and family engagement opportunities;”
