Amendment #290 to H4000

Mr. Moran of Lawrence moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7010-1192, by adding at the end the following:

“provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to Asociación Carnavalesca de Massachusetts, Inc. in the city of Lawrence, to highlight the colorful tradition of Dominican Carnival in the Merrimack Valley and to provide at-risk youth with assistance programming and after school activities.”
