Mr. Moran of Lawrence moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7028-0031, by adding at the end the following:

“provided further that $25,000 shall be expended to Fundacion CEMDPCD to support, educate, and advocate on behalf of low-income parents of students with learning disabilities in the City of Lawrence.”
