World War 1 Cannon Repairs in the Town of Andover

Mr. Moran of Lawrence Mr. Moran of Lawrence moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0122, by adding at the end the following:

“provided further, that not less than $10,000 shall be expended to the Town of Andover for the repair and reinstallation of the town’s historic World War 1 cannon.”
