Amendment #305 to H4000

Insurance Insolvency Fund Technical Correction

Mr. Cahill of Lynn moves to amend the bill by inserting the following section:

SECTION XXXX. Section 12 of Chapter 175D, as amended by Chapter 389 of the Acts of 2024, is hereby amended by striking, in paragraph 12(b), subparagraph (2) the phrase “insolvent insured” and replacing it with the following:

“insolvent insurer.”
