Amendment #316 to H4000

Town of Wenham Rescue Boat

Ms. Kerans of Danvers moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8000-0313, in line 1, by inserting after “programs” the following: “provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended to the Town of Wenham for the procurement of a rescue boat to be used by the Wenham Fire Department”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$175,000”.
