Critical Infrastructure Improvements in Blackstone

Mr. Soter of Bellingham moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 1599-0026, by inserting at the end thereof the following:- “; provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for necessary repairs and improvements to critical infrastructure, such as repairs at the Lake Hiawatha Dam and the design and planning of a replacement bridge for Saint Paul Street at Canal Street in Blackstone.”
