Uxbridge Culverts

Mr. Soter of Bellingham moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 1599-0026, by inserting at the end thereof the following:- “; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for the design, planning and construction of culverts in Uxbridge.”
