Study of Regional Dispatch Center in Blackstone

Mr. Soter of Bellingham moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 8000-0313, by inserting at the end thereof the following:- “; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the study of building out a regional dispatch center for Public Safety in Blackstone.”
