Chelmsford Tree Restoration and Invasives Management

Mr. Cataldo of Concord moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0122, by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for tree canopy restoration and invasive species management in the town of Chelmsford;”
