Mr. Hawkins of Attleboro moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 0000-0000, by adding the following: "not less than $5,000 shall be expended to Union Theatre Revival Committee to assist with costs associated with a community collaboration project facilitated by Mass Development's TDI program"
