Mr. Barrett of North Adams moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4513-1136, in line 55, by inserting after "program" the following: "provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for the Elizabeth Freeman Center"; and in said item by striking out the figures "74,786,841" and inserting in place thereof the figures "74,811,841".
