Amendment #389 to H4000

Martha's Vineyard Nursing Facility Project

Representatives Stanley of Waltham and Moakley of Falmouth move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4000-0601, in line 69, by inserting after "expansion" the following:

“provided further, that not less than $3,800,000 shall be expended for the recognition of additional allowable costs to the standard base rate over the base year rate established on October 1, 2024 for a nursing facility located on Martha’s Vineyard Island and within 8 miles of a hospital that has received federal government designation as a Critical Access Hospital”; and in said item by striking out the figures "$5,117,088,567" and inserting the place thereof the figures "$5,120,888,567".
