Mr. Gallagher of Bridgewater moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 9110-9002, in the final line, by inserting after the word “means” the following:

“; provided further, that not less than $40,000 shall be expended to the Bridgewater Senior Center for conducting a building needs assessment.”
