Amendment #40 to H4000

Regional Fire District Study

Ms. Ferguson of Holden moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0026 by inserting at the end thereof the following:-

"; provided further, that not less than $30,000 shall be expended for the town of Rutland to conduct a study on the feasibility of establishing or joining a regional fire district”.
