Amendment #401 to H4000

Mr. Stanley of Waltham moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 4800-0038, in line 21, by inserting after "services" the following: "provided further, that not less than $750,000 shall be expended for the Center for Early Relationship Support including for the Fragile Beginnings program, Project Newborns Exposed to Substances: Support and Therapy and related clinical and community services for vulnerable families with children from birth to age five"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$347,457,804" and inserting in place thereof the figures "348,207,804".
