Mr. Cabral of New Bedford moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4003-0122, in line 29, by inserting after “services” the following: “and provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for the Immigrants Assistance Center, Inc., to provide citizenship and workforce readiness programming”.
