Promoting economic development through the Franklin Downtown Partnership

Mr. Roy of Franklin moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following: “that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for the Franklin Downtown Partnership, Inc. to promote economic development in the city known as the town of Franklin;”
