Amendment #454 to H4000

ADA Compliant Customer Service Counters

Miss Gregoire of Marlborough moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0026, by inserting the following: "provided that not less than $75,000 be allocated to the City of Framingham for the construction of Americans with Disabilities Act compliant customer service counters in the Framingham Memorial Building"; and in said line item by striking out the figures "$6,899,999" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$6,974,999".
