Amendment #459 to H4000

Freeman Lake Management

Mr. Elliott of Lowell moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 2310-0200 by adding the following words:- “; and provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended to reduce or eliminate nuisance species at Freeman lake in the town of Chelmsford.”; and in said item, by striking out the figures “$18,338,495” and inserting in place thereof the following new figures “$18,413,495”.
