Mr. Cabral of New Bedford moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2000-0100, in line 6, by inserting after “departments” the following: “provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for a coastal water quality and natural resource monitoring program in Buzzards Bay and Vineyard Sound administered by Buzzards Bay Coalition, Inc”.
