Cliff Effect Bridge to Prosperity Pilot Program

Ms. Duffy of Holyoke moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4400-1979, by inserting after "2014" the following: "and further that not less than $150,000 be expended for the Cliff Effect Bridge to Prosperity Pilot Program;" and in said item by striking out the figures " $990,072" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$1,140,072".
