Mr. Sena of Acton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0026, by inserting the following: “provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to the town of Shirley to provide reduced-cost or no-cost summer camp for children through the Summer in Shirley program";
