Amendment #492 to H4000

Lawrence Youth Summer Jobs

Mrs. Reyes of Lawrence moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-0012, in line 12, by inserting after “continued,” the following:-

“provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the Lawrence Recreation Department to allow the City of Lawrence to provide recreational programming and summer job opportunities to at-risk and low-income youth” and in said item by striking out the figures “$15,240,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$15,290,000”
