School-Based Health Programs

Mr. Cahill of Lynn moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4590-0250 by inserting at the end thereof the following words:- “provided further, that in an effort to increase mental health outreach, access and support, the department shall expend up to $1,000,000 to increase student access to mental telehealth services in schools; provided further, that in order to be eligible to receive funds from this item, the participating public or private entity shall contribute matching funds to the pilot program equal to $1 for every $1 contributed by the commonwealth.”
