Amendment #516 to H4000

Revolutionary Spaces Language Amendment to Econ Dev.

Mr. Livingstone of Boston moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION 2A., Line Item 1599-1017, of Chapter 238 of the Acts of 2024:

“provided further, that not less than $2,500,000 shall be expended to the city of Boston for the construction planning, capital projects and deferred maintenance by Revolutionary Spaces, Inc. at the Old State House and Old South Meeting House;” and inserting in its place the following:-

“provided further, that not less than $2,500,000 shall be expended to Revolutionary Spaces, Inc. for construction planning, capital projects and deferred maintenance at the Old State House and Old South Meeting House;”
