Ms. Whipps of Athol moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4590-0250, by adding the following words: “not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the North Quabbin Community Coalition”; and striking out the figures “$22,123,088” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$22,173,088”.
