Mr. Livingstone of Boston moves to amend the bill in Section X, in item XXXX-XXXX, by inserting the following:-

“;provided further that not less than $150,000 be expended to the Back Bay Federation for the purpose of establishing a business improvement district for formation facilitation in Back Bay"
