Amendment #534 to H4000
Massachusetts Tobacco Cessation and Prevention Program
Miss Gregoire of Marlborough moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4513-1112, after the words “and Allied Disorders, Inc.;” by striking out the following: “and provided further, that funds shall be expended for smoking prevention and cessation programs, including youth tobacco use prevention and cessation programs” and inserting in place thereof the following: “and provided further, that not less than $6,334,753 shall be expended for smoking prevention and cessation programs, including youth tobacco use prevention and cessation programs at the Massachusetts Tobacco Cessation and Prevention Program”; and in said line item by striking out the figures “$12,457,534” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$12,557,534”.
