Mr. Murphy of Weymouth moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, in line 1, by inserting after “projects” the following: “Provided further that not less than $250,000 shall be expended to the Tufts Library in city known as the Town of Weymouth for material and equipment upgrades”.
