Amendment #539 to H4000

Economic Empowerment Trust Fund

Mr. Ultrino of Malden moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 0610-0010 by inserting after the words "Massachusetts residents" the following: "and provided, that funds from this item may be transferred to the Economic Empowerment Trust Fund established in section 35QQ of chapter 10 of the General Laws; " and in said line item by striking out the figures "$1,476,700" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$1,726,700."
