Ms. Duffy of Holyoke moves to amend the bill in section 2, line item: 9110-9002 inserting after the word “means” the following:"; and provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the Young@Heart Chorus, which includes members from multiple Councils on Aging in Hampden, Hampshire, and Franklin Counties."; and in said item by striking out the figures “$29,522,592” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$29,572,592”
