Mr. Linsky of Natick moves to amend the bill in section 2 in line item 1410-0012 by inserting after “program evaluation” the following; “Not less than $40,000 for the Veterans Oral History Project in Natick” and in said item by striking out the figures “$9,528,474” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$9,568,474”
