Ms. Duffy of Holyoke moves to amend the bill in section 2, line item 7010-1192 inserting after the word “Laws” the following:”; and provided further that not less than $40,000 shall be expended towards Palante to support building energy sufficiency”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$100,000,” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$140,000,”
