Lynn Behavioral Health Unit

Mr. Reid of Lynn moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in line item 4512-0200, by adding at the end thereof the following: "; provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the police department in the City of Lynn for its behavioral health unit" and in said item by striking out the figures " $194,452,031" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$194,552,031"
