Mr. Reid of Lynn moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in line item 7035-0002, by adding at the end thereof the following: "; provided further that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to Pathways Inc. in the City of Lynn for adult education" and in said item by striking out the figures "$58,923,560 " and inserting in place thereof the figures "$58,948,560”
