Ms. Duffy of Holyoke moves to amend the bill in section 2, line item 7100-4000 inserting after the word “education” the following: “; and provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended towards a workforce development program called Skill Surge at Holyoke Community College”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$11,450,395” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$11,550,395”
