Lowell Parks ADA Compliance

Ms. Howard of Lowell moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0122, by adding at the end thereof the following “; provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for renovations to Oliveria and Rotary Parks, and the McInerney Playground in the City of Lowell to equitably contribute to the health, well-being, and inclusivity of residents through the implementation of Americans with Disabilities Act standards and the furnishing of new park benches and picnic tables.”
