Swampscott Police Surveillance Vehicles

Ms. Armini of Marblehead moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8000-0313, by inserting after “programs” the following: “provided further, that not less than $35,000 shall be expended for the Town of Swampscott for the purchase of unmarked surveillance vehicles for the Swampscott Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division”.
