Lowell Community Health Center

Ms. Howard of Lowell moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 4510-0110 by adding at the end thereof the following “; provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be directed to the Lowell Community Health Center’s Residency Program for Primary Care Doctors in the City of Lowell to be used for housing stipends for residents.”
