Amendment #652 to H4000

Merrimack River Access Project

Mr. Moran of Lawrence moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0122, by adding at the end the following:

“provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended to the Town of Andover to support the Merrimack River Access Project and for the installation of a docking system to provide safe and accessible access to outdoor recreational activities for residents.”
